MARATHON!!!

I'm gonna do it! I signed up for the Phoenix Rock N Roll Marathon on January 16,2011! Amber and I are going to have my Tri coach Michelle write us a program which we will start next week! I am glad to have a program to follow, I have been lost on workouts since 70.3.

I made a promise to myself…to succeed, to keep smilin’, to stop and smell the roses, to make the most of every day, to keep trying, to love, to not judge others, to have fun, to be my best, to dream big, to reward myself, to be true, to stay young at heart, to be positive, to never stop, to find the good in everything, to endure.
